Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the ASA app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile (Profil) tab at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account (Hesabı sil) at the bottom and confirm.
Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately, and the app signs you out.
If you cannot sign in
From your account's email address, send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to destek@fitnessasa.com. To verify your identity, the request must come from your account's email address. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, mention this and we will verify you together. We complete requests within 30 days at most, usually within a few days, and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, password, Apple or Google link
- Your profile: name, height, body weight
- All your programs
- All your workout records and the force curves of your sets
- Your machine pairings and records of programs you sent to a machine
What is kept
- Technical backups and logs: may remain in our providers' backups and server logs for a limited period (usually up to 30 days), then are deleted automatically.
- The machine's own memory: to work offline, the machine also keeps workouts on the device itself. This local record stays on the machine; mention it in your email if you want it deleted.
- Legal obligations: information we are legally required to keep is kept only for that period.
To also remove the Apple or Google connection: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → ASA → Stop Using Apple ID. For Google: Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → ASA → delete connections.
